Strength And Conditioning - Grades 9-12

The purpose of this class is to build muscle endurance, strength, power and reduce the risk of injury through a weight-training program. Various methods of strength training will be used including free weights, machines, plyometrics, sprint workouts, dot agilities, and increased flexibility stretching. The program will serve a wide variety of athletes and non-athletes.
*If a student had failed a semester of Strength and Conditioning or a semester of Health Enhancement, they will not be allowed to take Strength and Conditioining.
